- Complete Card Services -

Hi there, my name is Prescott Dunlap and I am the owner of Complete Card Services. Besides running the Terminal deployment – Agent and Merchant training – programming and installation Depts for several ISO/MSP Credit Card processing Agent offices, I was out in the field myself as a salesperson. I started in the payment Industry when the 1st Card swipe came out in 1986 the Verifone Zon Jr Plus Credit card terminal and have been here ever since. My experience and lack of overhead allows me to give you some of the best possible rates in the Industry without leases-early termination fees and bogus contracts or sales pitches that have become prevalent in the industry today.

With over 30 years of experience, we offer a full range of merchant account services and POS Devices Sales. Our rates speak for themselves. We meet or beat anyone’s legitimate quotes on POS equipment or rates. We do not hire any telemarketers or commissioned salespeople & we’ve spent over 3 decades working with Merchants and Agents Deploying Credit card terminals/POS devices and integrating other cash Resisters with Major Processors like First Data Fiserv) – Visa Net-TSYS – Global-Paymentech – World Pay and other major credit card processors.

We do NOT charge any fees to work with your POS-Cash register Company or Website developer/Hosting company. We usually can Just provide the Merchant Number from the processor that has certified the Internet gateway-Shopping cart PCI-DSS or EMV security standards required by all processors today. Of course, we offer and support many PCI-DSS Compliant Credit card terminals, Cash registers, and Mobil devices as well as Internet payment gateways.

We support many of the payment gateways out there today.

We at CCS can provide just a merchant number with very low rates or the Payment gateway and the merchant number that your developer needs to set up your payments. We believe it’s always best to separate the PAYMENT provider from the website designer-Web Hoster/Developer, or you may end up with higher & rising rates over time and be unable to shop for the lowest-cost provider. If you sign on to a proprietary service, you can’t change processors in the future, to one with lower rates to save money and you can be stuck.
